1. General Shipping Rules
All orders placed on Kinming will be processed and shipped strictly in accordance with the order submission time and payment completion sequence. We only cooperate with formal, tracked logistics carriers to ensure the safety and traceability of all parcels. All shipping services are subject to the terms of this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that all shipping timeframes and fee standards are subject to the latest display on the checkout page, which shall prevail over prior descriptions on product pages or other pages.
2. Shipping Coverage Area
Kinming currently provides shipping services for domestic Germany orders and mainstream European Union regional orders. We reserve the right to adjust the delivery scope according to logistics policy changes and regional service restrictions without prior notice.
We do not support delivery to remote islands, restricted regions, and regions with special logistics control policies. If an order is placed to an undeliverable address, we will actively contact the customer to modify the address or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Order Processing Time
After your order payment is successfully confirmed, our warehouse will complete order verification, product inspection, packaging, and outbound processing within 1–3 business days.
Business days exclude German statutory holidays, weekends, and official store closed days. Order processing may be appropriately delayed during peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or warehouse inventory adjustments, and we will not bear corresponding liability for reasonable delays.
Once the parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a valid tracking number to your reserved email address, allowing you to query the logistics status in real time.
4. Delivery Timeframe
All delivery times stated on the website are estimated reference times and are not legally binding deadlines:
Common factors that cause normal delivery delays include logistics line congestion, bad weather, regional traffic control, customs routine inspection, carrier temporary scheduling adjustment, etc. The above situations do not constitute delivery breach of contract, and we do not provide compensation or free returns for ordinary delays.
5. Shipping Fee Standards
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the system based on your delivery region, parcel weight, and order value, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
All shipping fees displayed on the website comply with German tax regulations and include statutory logistics service taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for customer voluntary returns and order cancellations, unless the order is cancelled due to our store’s errors such as wrong goods, missing goods, or product defects.

6. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibilities
Customers shall provideaccurate, complete, and deliverable recipient information, including full name, detailed street address, postal code, valid contact phone number, and email address when placing an order.
All losses and additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, expired contact methods, or customer failure to sign for the parcel in a timely manner shall be borne solely by the customer, including return shipping fees, re-delivery fees, and parcel loss losses.
After the parcel is delivered to the designated address or signed for by a valid designated person (community front desk, property management, neighbors, etc.), the delivery is deemed completed, and the risk of product loss and damage is transferred to the customer.
7. Logistics Tracking & Parcel Exception Handling
All parcels of Kinming support whole-process logistics tracking. Customers can query the real-time transportation status through the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
If you encounter logistics exceptions such as long-term no update of tracking information, parcel detention, lost or damaged parcels during transportation, please contact our customer service team via info@kinming.shop within 7 days after the expected delivery date, and provide your order number and relevant screenshots for verification.
After verification of logistics parcel loss caused by carrier reasons, we will provide customers with free re-delivery or full refund services.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to customer reasons (unclaimed, wrong address, refused to sign without reason), the customer needs to bear the round-trip shipping cost. If the customer still needs the goods, we will re-deliver after the customer pays the additional shipping fee.
For parcels returned due to our store errors or logistics carrier errors, we will handle re-delivery or full refund for customers free of charge.
9. Force Majeure Exemption
Kinming shall not be liable for delivery delays, parcel damage, or parcel loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, policy adjustment, epidemic prevention control, logistics line suspension, and other uncontrollable factors.
